Salon Cancellation Policy 

Each clients appoitment is important to the salon.  We want tot give your service the tine and attention it deserves.  As a result, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment tine.  Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in the loss of your initial deposit fee.  Like wise, any no shows will lose the initial deposit. 

 

Salon Late Policy 

We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable and so we allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals in case you are unexpectedly delayed.  If you think you are going to be late, please call so that we can adjust the schedule (where possible).  Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, we will charge the deposit and require you to rebook your appointment with another deposit. 

Salon Deposit Policy 

All appointments are very important to us.  This is time we have set aside just for you and we do not want anyone to miss the opportunity to receive services.  When booking your appointment, we require a deposit of £50 to secure the booking.  This will later be deducted from the service fee. 

 

Salon Cancellation Policy to Protect Clients 

In the event the salon needs to cancel your appointment without giving 24 hour’s notice you will provide you with 20% of your service amount as a credit towards your next appointment. 

 

Right to Refuse Service Salon Cancellation Policy 

The safety of staff and clients is our top priority. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk.  This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, contagious cough or fever), or rude/obnoxious behaviour.  Thank you for your understanding.
